Welcome back!!

Please see our Covid Management Plan below.  This is being updated reguarly for whanau as the requirements change.  We take guidance from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.  Our focus is to keep our tamariki safe. 

Keep safe, our prayers continue for our staff, students, whanau, parish and community.

Term Two 2022
Welcome back!  First day of term 2 for our tamariki will be Monday 2nd May.  Watch our Facebook page for updates and your SeeSaw posts for news. 

We move into our winter terms with covered in plain black shoes as the only change.  Please ensure your tamariki have a water bottle each day to use in the classroom and playground.  

Looking forward to welcoming our new staff members Helen West and Ayla Thompson in Piwakawaka classroom, with our new students.  Our whakatau will be held in the church at 8.45am.  All welcome.

Pompallier Catholic School has a proud history of providing excellent primary education in a Christ centred environment for children from new entrant through to year eight.

We are an integral part of St. Joseph’s Catholic Parish and the Kaitaia community in the far north of New Zealand. Teaching and learning at Pompallier Catholic School is led by lay teaching staff in collaboration with the Parish Priest, the Board of Trustees, the school families and parishioners.
