Assemblies 2025

Assemblies are led by our senior tamariki. It always includes karakia and a mihi. Then we run through class celebrations of learning, sports awards, classroom items, birthday celebrations, waiata and singing and star students who receive a Duffy book. We then have a values award for a student that has been nominated by our Pompallier Disciples. So much fun! Join us each fortnight in the church at 2pm.

Whanau and Iwi Connections

Mihi whakatau led by Te Rarawa iwi. Huge thanks to the team co-ordinated by Whaea Joy-Bell. Zoe as kaikaranga, Keelin and Hone with their mihi whakatau on behalf of our kura and Te Rarawa. All part of welcoming new whanau to our kura each term.

Mathletics 2025

We had the best time at Mathletics with our teams of year 5, 6, 7 and 8 students. They competed against many other schools and we came away with some winning spots!

Holi Colour Run 2025

So much fun celebrating our cultures within our kura. Holi was an Indian celebration and we enjoyed learning about this annual event and then celebrated with our own colour festival!

Matariki 2025

Celebrating Matariki for 2025 with Te Rarawa, Whaea Katene and our whanau and community. Tamariki took part in tukutuku panels, poi making, weaving and ki-o-rahi.

World Cultural Day 2025

Celebrating our diverse cultures in World Culture Day - we learned and practiced the Samoan Sasa, created stunning Rangoli artwork and played Ki-o-rahi Maori games with some inclusive artwork for our foyer.
